We plan the setup around the photography. Speakers go on slim stands positioned outside the main sightlines, cabling is dressed and taped, and the control position sits at the edge of the room.
Yes, and it is common. We either move one system between the two or supply a second so the reception is ready before guests arrive. Both are quoted clearly.
We plan for it. Garden and tented sites are quoted with a generator sized to the rig, positioned far enough away that guests do not hear it.
